“It'll be like I never existed,” Edward said with a depressing tone. My heart seemed to shatter along with Bella's when she discovered that the Cullens were moving away from Forks. “New Moon” was a heart-warming, emotionally driven film.
I loved the way I felt while watching “New Moon.” One of the most emotional scenes was when Bella (Kristen Stewart) was all alone staring out her window as the seasons passed by around her. Bella described her emotions like this: “It’s just like a huge hole got punched through my chest.” My heart sunk in, and I too could feel Bella's pain! This was great acting and I could really relate her feelings.
The makers of “New Moon” knew their audience well - defiantly a "chick flick" that can be appreciated by all ages. My favorite part was when Bella crashed on her motorcycle and hunky Jacob came to her rescue. I felt like screaming like a love-struck teenager in the movie theater - he looked that good! Then, the unfairly privileged Bella takes the rebound rule to new heights and decides that Jacob is her kind of guy, for now...
So, which movie was better, “Twilight” or “New Moon?”
I cherished “Twilight” and consider “New Moon” a continuation of “Twilight.” like a never-ending love story. “New Moon” was a heartwarming love story, leaving its fans anxiously awaiting the next chapter of Stephenie Meyer’s enchanting romantic tale.
