The Selah chapter of the American Legion, post 88, will sponsor the AARP Driver’s Safety Program.  This refresher course is for seniors ages 50+ and will be held at the Selah Civic Center on April 29 and 30.  Each class is four hours long from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There are no tests or actual driving involved. 

Participants will watch videos and discuss roundabouts and various traffic conditions.  Upon completion of the course a certificate will be awarded to each individual, who can then present it to their insurance companies for a possible rate discount.  For more information call the Civic Center at 698-7300.
