The City of Selah said goodbye to seven-year employee Tammy Tracy Friday at a farewell potluck. Tracy was the utility billing clerk.

“We’re losing a dear friend,” said Diana Turner, administrative assistant for public works.

 If you met her you’d love her. And I’m losing my walking buddy.”

City councilman Brian Harris said everyone will miss her smiling face and her laugh.

“They haven’t hired anyone so we could change the goodbye to welcome back,” Harris said.
